February 12th: Tuesday at 2 pm Seminar Series occurs the second Tuesday of each month.  On February 12th, please join us for a presentation "Developing a Plan to Age in Place" presented by Mark Christopher, Elder Law Attorney. For more details, call Lori Smith at 703.797.3814

February 16th:  Please join us for our Sweethearts Dance and Open House on February 16th from 2 PM - 5PM.  Learn to dance the Swing, Meregue and Waltz with "Dance Factory" instructor Sam Fadullon followed by music of the Nighthawks.  Desserts and other refreshments to be served.  RSVP by February 13th to Bob Orr, 703.797.3815

February 19th: Caregivers Support Group - This new group offers an opportunity to meet with other caregivers in a relaxed setting.  Support groups allow you to:

1.  Learn about resources available to you and your loved one
2.  Share your experiences
3.  Decrease your sense of isolation
4.  Learn from others
5.  Receive encouragement and support from others
6.  Learn ways to manage stresses and challenges associated with caring for a loved one  with dementia

All are welcome!
