Smith Health Care Center is a licensed private pay intermediate nursing facility that provides long-term care to residents at the Hermitage as well as seniors that live outside of the community. The Health Care Center also provides a respite care service to seniors who need top-notch nursing care on a short-term basis. The Nursing Center provides compassionate, professional care by registered nurses and certified nursing assistants as well as a team of physicians and a dedicated Medical Director. Private, semi-private and deluxe rooms are offered based on availability. Rehabilitation and recreational therapy are conducted within the Hermitage community. Residents also have immediate access to neighboring acute care and specialty hospitals. There are so many other fine points about our Health care Center:
